What a week! Rain and cold, culminating in a gorgeous summer-like day on Saturday. I'm in New Jersey again, working from my parents house while shuffling Lucy back and forth between appointments and I'm not gonna lie, I don't hate it. If you have to have a mobile office, the Jersey Shore is a great place to be. I get to answer emails, work on blog posts, deliver vendor images and take walks on the boardwalk with Lucy.
I woke up this morning to cold again, and while I am very much looking forward to all of the brighter days ahead, for now, I am just going to live in the moment, enjoy every second, and answer all of your emails from random places at random times. :)
Day 96: We spend so much time at my parents' house we've started decorating the guest room :)
Day 97: Lucy has started building pillow forts on the floor. It's adorable.
Day 98: The day started with a visit to CHOP. Grandpa came with us and spent time with Lucy in the amazing waiting areas there. She loves the birds and color changing floor tiles.
Day 98 Bonus: We returned from CHOP and started to get ready for chemotherapy day. This girl is such an inspiration to me. No matter what kind of day she had, she keeps her chin up and eyes toward the light.
Day 99: Lucy's chemotherapy day. Snuggles in the waiting room are the perfect medicine for both Mama and baby.
Day 99 Bonus: The night after her chemotherapy. Gramby and Lucy read books on the bed, and our amazing little warrior smiles through it all.
Day 100: We brought bubbles!
Day 101: Lucy's toy box is behind the couch. I love peeking under the couch to sneak a peek at what toy she wants to play with.
Day 102: What an amazing day at the beach!
See you next week!
