We found ourselves back in Connecticut, finished with treatment and with six days off before my next wedding, so we took some time to enjoy the freedom. We walked the bike paths, watched school buses come and go in the parking lot across the street, got reacquainted with all of our toys, and picked flowers in the garden. It was beautiful. It was relaxing. It was perfect.
Day 262: Shadow Play

Day 263: Look Mama, No hands!

Sometimes your snack is so pretty, you just have to take a picture!

Day 264: Sometimes out of focus captures the mood just right

Check out those piggy pigtails! We worked really hard to grow those after all that chemo!

Day 265: We watched a butterfly hatch, dry his wings, and finally fly away.

Day 266: A perfect afternoon walk down the bike trail and there was even time for playing in the yard when we got home!

Day 267: Rainy days are for puddle stomping!

Day 268: Congratulations Shiho & Chris!
