October is waning and our collection of pumpkins is growing. Lucy is obsessed with carrying them around the yard, sitting on them, and kissing them when the mood strikes. After a gorgeous week of spending most mornings outside, we decided to paint pumpkins for the first time on Saturday. We bought some eco friendly finger paint and Lucy had so much fun. By the end, we got out some brushes, and she enjoyed painting that way as well. Next week, we head back down to Philidelphia for an MRI and EUA. Trying to push those thoughts away as we simply enjoy the sunshine.
Day 290: Just a little girl dancing with her pumpkins in the sunlight.

Day 291: Lucy has to patch for two hours a day to strengthen her "bad" eye. While she patches, we let her play with toys that blink and sing as a treat. She looks like she is concentrating very hard on whatever the cube is doing.

Day 292: Cars! Lucy spent the morning carefully lining up her cars on the arm of the couch. She was thrilled when they finally all stayed put!

Just a little cutie, waiting for her afternoon patch.

Day 293: Dance!

Day 294: Those cheeks!

An afternoon spent moving pumpkins requires a little rest.

Pretty sure this is exactly what the onsie designers hoped would happen.

Day 295: A little light reading in anticipation of Christmas.

Day 296: Pumpkin painting!

See you next week!
