Rainbow and Gold Coin Washing Station

“Play gives children a chance to practice what they are learning”

One of our absolute favorite activities is setting up a washing station. We have pretty much washed EVERYTHING at one time or another (and I'm sure you will see some more blog posts about it!). We did a St. Patrick's Day themed washing station last week and Lucy had so much fun with it.

The best part about washing stations is that it's a safe, albiet a little messy, activity that doesn't require TOO much supervision. Once you have your kids set up, sit close by and get some emails done or get lunch ready! Bonus tip, at a time like this, when you might be washing and steralzing everything a little more often, this is a great way to have the kids pitch in and have fun doing it!
