Take a walk in nature and see what you find. Underneath a clear blue sky stop near a puddle and admire your reflection. Listen to the sound of your boots as they stick in the mud.

Play with your shadow as you follow the trail.

Find a stream rushing down a steep embankement and listen to it gurgle.

Find a brook leading to the stream and wade right in.

Make stick boats and watch them hurry away. Swirling and twirling in the shiny water.

Pick up a fallen walking stick, splish and splash in the rushing brook. Boots slick, sticking, sliding, gliding, through the perfect mud.

Hear a birdsong. Follow a new trail into the unknown.

Find another stream. Stop to admire lichen on a fallen tree.

Ford the stream. Carefully, Carefully on the mossy rocks.

Need a snack and find a bench along the trail.

Wave to a doggy walking in the meadow that streches for miles.

Admire the soft moss growing in bunches along the rocky wall.

Giggle as you find a snail. Reach forward, fascinated, and watch as he hides, safe in his shell.

It's time to head home down the trail, running, skipping, jumping in the sun drenched field.

Reach the trail head. Pause to play peek a boo. Giggle as you do.

Slowly walk toward the car, picking purple flowers as you go, pause one last time, run back and hang on the swinging fence, staring at the trail stretching beautifully into the trees. Turn around, look at mama. What a beautiful morning, let's go home.

Groggy on the car ride home, quietly whisper, "again, again".
