We have a new favorite art material! This one has been on my list for quite some time and I am so glad I finally decided to try them. I hear from a lot of parents that they want to let their kids paint, but that's it's a special activity because it's just too messy most days. These tempera paint sticks are the perfect solution. I am starting to put them out before we go to bed so that they are waiting for Lucy when she wakes up. It's the perfect activity for 7am, while she's making art, we're drinking coffee! The paint dries in 90 seconds goes on smooth without drips or messes.
We like to experiment with different colors and types of paper but our absolute favorite to use with kwik stix is a large roll of white paper. We cover the coffee table and create murals all day. (Murals also ensure you get time to finish your coffee before the kids start to ask for more paper!).
