We have loved our kinetic sand for as long as we have had a sensory bin but this winter, we discoverd kinetic snow and it might be a new favorite! It's basically white kinetic sand but a little fluffier (we think) and it's super fun to roll, squash, and mold into all sorts of winter scenes.
Today, we played animal rescue in "snow banks" and Lucy LOVED it. We have tiny winter erasers so I buried them in the "snow bank" and she got to save them. She played and played with this and asked me to put it out again tomorrow. Next time, I think I am going to add some bigger plastic animals to see how it transforms our play!
If you try out this activity, I would love to hear how it goes! It's so simple and fun, I hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Be sure to tag us on ig @juliajanekids so we can see how much fun you had!
