We adore Lara Bars and I've been making my own versions instead of buying them. Most often, I make a Cashew Cookie version but recently we fell in love with a homemade peanut butter and jelly flavor. They are AH-Mazing.
Lucy doesn't like peanut butter and jelly sandwiches but gobbled these up snack time and best of all? They only have three ingredients! We made them using dried cherries, dried dates and roasted peanuts. Easy. Peasy.
